A unique and exceptionalsledging area !
Ripa " means " slide " in the local dialect, perfect for thisnatural sledging runspanning4 km, with a vertical drop of 600 m.Since the winter of 2010, the Réallon ski area has offered up this sledging area known as the Ripaaa, unique in the Hautes-Alpes region. Thepiste starts from the top of the ski areaat the foot of the famousAiguilles de Chabrièresthat rise to 2,403 m above sea level and offeran unforgettable view of Lake Serre-Ponçonand finishes on the snow front. Alone, accompanied by a guide, or in a group, you'll set off for around 45 minutes equipped with your helmet, a bib, and, of course, a sledge - for an unforgettable experience. A little practice information:children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult. And for even greater thrills, the Réallon resort offers you an original descent under the stars. Head down the slopesat nightwith a headlamp, or in the moonlight, for some incredible memories - sure to stay with you for a lifetime!

A sledging race bursting with adrenaline ...
The idea of creating a sledging race on this ideal playground was first born in 2015. Taking its name from the sledging run, the" RIPAAA " Racetakes place every year at the end of the winter season tomark the resort's closure for the season. This race, which has become a must for the Réallon resort, is held on the sledging run with a descent of 4 km, where hairpins, banked turns and bumps follow one after the other to guarantee maximumexcitement.
